Cancellation and Returns

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been shipped by contacting our customer service team with your order number. Orders that have already been shipped, as well as custom or personalized items, cannot be cancelled.

For subscription services, cancellations can be made at any time, but refunds only apply to unused periods. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download has begun.

If we need to cancel an order due to unavailability or other issues, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a fair refund policy. Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition.

Contact our customer service team with your order number to initiate a refund, which will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for digital products or services are considered on a case-by-case basis. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
